About the house

The sofa is velvet, and bold art hangs on the wall behind it, facing the smart TV.

The king is behind its own door, with blackout curtains and its own smart TV. The third person sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space, good pans, sharp knives, and plenty of plates and glasses, and a dishwasher. The Ninja makes single serve coffee or a Nespresso compatible espresso shot and froths the milk. There's a drying rack. A crib and a high chair are already here.

Restaurants, shopping and coffee are within walking distance. Legacy West is an easy walk and Legacy Hall about five minutes on foot. DFW and Dallas Love Field are both about twenty five minutes by car.

Local Good Coffee on Legacy Drive. A coffee shop with three lit pickleball courts attached. They pour Lemma, roasted in Coppell, and the courts are open until ten at night.

Haywire at Legacy West, for a hand cut steak. Legacy Hall is a short walk.

One thing to do

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve on West Parker Road, a short drive west. Two hundred acres of prairie and creek bottom, with a lookout tower at the top.

Tell me about any damage right away. Damage nobody reported may cost a fee.
Early check in is not guaranteed, so ask.
Check out is by 11am unless I approve a later time in advance. Staying later without approval may cost a full night.
The building does not accept mail or packages.
Do not visit or contact the leasing office. Message me and I handle it.
A violation such as noise or smoking can bring a $500 fine from the building.
A lost or damaged key fob is $150.
Extra guests or a party can mean a $200 fine and the end of your stay.
Leaving the place in a bad mess can cost $100.
The building’s maintenance team handles repairs, so a fix that is not urgent can take time.
The building management requires a verification check, and you need to be willing to complete it.

When do I get the address and the door code?

Hospitable sends the address and door code after you book. This page shows only the general area.

Can I bring a dog?

Yes. The pet fee is $15 per pet per night. Add your dogs in the booking box and the fee goes into the total.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as you booked at least 7 days before check in. After that you can still cancel for a full refund until 2 days before check in. The exact terms for your dates are on Hospitable's checkout page before you pay, and in your confirmation. If your plans change, tell me early.
