About the house

The bedroom has a king bed and room darkening shades. A twin rollaway bed is here for a third guest. There is one full bathroom, with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash already there.

The kitchen is full size. There is a dishwasher, an oven and stove, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a kettle and a coffee maker, with cookware, dishes, silverware, a baking sheet and wine glasses. The washer and dryer are in the apartment, with an iron and a drying rack.

PGA Frisco is a half mile walk. Universal Kids Resort is about two and a half miles away, and The Star and the Frisco Rail District are a short drive. It is quiet most days and lively during tournaments. Frisco is built around cars, so plan on a rental car or a rideshare.

Local Good Coffee on Legacy Drive. A coffee shop with three lit pickleball courts attached. They pour Lemma, roasted in Coppell, and the courts are open until ten at night.

Haywire at Legacy West, for a hand cut steak. Legacy Hall is a short walk.

One thing to do

Arbor Hills Nature Preserve on West Parker Road, a short drive west. Two hundred acres of prairie and creek bottom, with a lookout tower at the top.

Getting in: Self check in. Message me when you arrive and I will help you into the garage and the building. The key to the apartment is in a lockbox, and the code is in your check in message.
Parking: In the community garage, first come, first served. There are no assigned spots.

Shared with the building: The pool belongs to the community and you share it with residents and other guests. Pool hours and rules are posted at the pool.
Cameras and sound: A Ring doorbell camera covers the outside entry only. There are no cameras inside. A device inside measures sound level only and records no conversation.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
Only registered guests stay. Ask me if you want to add someone.
Tell me about any damage right away. Damage nobody reported may cost a fee.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
Early check in or late check out is $20 an hour, if it is available. Ask through the link in your messages.
Parking is in the community garage, first come, first served.

Questions

When do I get the address and the door code?

Hospitable sends the address and door code after you book. This page shows only the general area.

Can I bring a dog?

Yes. The pet fee is $15 per pet per night. Add your dogs in the booking box and the fee goes into the total.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as you booked at least 7 days before check in. After that there is no refund. The exact terms for your dates are on Hospitable's checkout page before you pay, and in your confirmation. If your plans change, tell me early.
