Getting around the area is easy as pie, but here are a few things to keep in mind:

Tight but Cozy Streets: The neighborhood streets are a little on the narrow side, so just take it slow and steady, especially if you’re drivin’ a bigger vehicle.

Private Parking Just for You: Each home in this charming 4-unit building has 2 private parking spaces located right behind the property. You’ll have your very own spot to pull into, no circlin’ the block or fightin’ for street parking!

Hop in a Ride: Uber and Lyft are readily available if you’d rather leave the drivin’ to someone else for the day or night.

🚶‍♀️ Explore Nearby on Foot: Once you’re settled in, you’ll find a few local spots are walkable if you’re up for a stroll.

Coffee

Milk and Honey on North Market, about five minutes on foot. They pull Stumptown espresso and make their own gelato, which is a combination I have never once regretted ordering together. If you would rather sit and work, Stone Cup up on Frazier roasts their own and has the better tables.

Dinner

Frazier Five and Dime, at the top of Frazier Avenue. It looks like a neighborhood bar and cooks like something considerably more ambitious. If the group wants sushi instead, Totto on Frazier has taken the local best sushi vote about five years running.

One thing to do

Walk to Coolidge Park and ride the carousel. It's a restored antique, it costs about a dollar, and there's a play fountain beside it. Everyone queues for the aquarium and skips the thing that's ten minutes from your front door.

Can I bring a dog?

What if I need to cancel?

The cancellation and change terms that apply to your particular stay are shown on the checkout page before you pay, and repeated in your confirmation. They are set per house and per dates, so I would rather you read the real ones than a general promise from me. Nothing is charged on this site. If your plans move, tell me early, because early is when I can usually do something useful.
