It’s one of four homes in the building, and the two parking spaces that come with it are private, so nobody else is in them.
Inside, the kitchen and the living room are one room, with the 75 inch Smart TV at the sofa end. The porch out front is furnished and the string lights are on a switch.
The master takes a king and has its own bathroom. Bedroom two is a queen over queen bunk, and that’s how a three bedroom townhouse sleeps eight, with four of you in one room, two above two. Bedroom three is a queen. Every bedroom has a 55 inch Smart TV of its own. One of the three bathrooms is a half bath, so eight people share two showers.
The kitchen is a proper one. Premium coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in the unit, with a rack for whatever you’d rather not tumble dry. The travel crib and the high chair are here if you ask before you arrive, rather than standing in the corner waiting for you. The wifi is comfortable for video calls and streaming.
There’s no pool here, no gym and no elevator. This building has none of the shared facilities my Texas apartments sit inside, which is worth knowing if you’ve been comparing them. A few local spots are walkable if you’re up for a stroll.
